What is it?
When you haven’t been somewhere for a while you can be surprised by a new building or feature that springs up. Just lately I’ve noticed a few and snapped them. Try and guess the purpose!

(George took this picture from the moving car, I’ll try to get a better one sometime!) See the small windows, the high security fence, the bars, unusual ventilation towers, the barren perimeter, the security cameras… I thought a prison or young offenders centre… but I was wrong!
